We have re-structured how we bill and what we charge for too. Our current plan:

• Flat fee inclusive of meal costs, admin, overhead and other expenses paid up at time of registration:

  • Corporate: $2,500

  • NGO/Individual: $2,000 (express interest in 15 slots available)

  • Additional flat fee for spouses ($750) and young adults/kids ($500)

• Housing charged on top for three tiers of expense (“nice”, “pretty nice”, and “nicest”)

• We will have a flat incremental charge for young adults/kids

• People will choose yoga and/or surfing as activities and be charged a flat feeRental cars and taxis will be self organized by house and other factors (schedules, surf crews, etc.) – not included in Summit billing 

•  Another bill will be sent after the summit for the expenses of housing and activities that come above flat fees

  • In other words, we may issue a “true up” bill if we get the flat fee wrong

•  Based on the past, one can expect to pay an additional $100-300 for transport and $500-$1500 for housing

• Cancellation policy: you have 30 days to cancel your spot at the summit so we have time to get someone else to fill your spot. You will be refunded all but $500.
